Why does the Foot Massager hurt my feet?

Shiatsu massage techniques target key pressure points to relax tense muscles and alleviate foot strain, this massager will target key pressure points such as toes, arch, heel and sides of your feet, to stimulate circulation and ease tension. Now the first few moments you have your feet in the massager can be a little intense but as soon as your muscles begin to loosen up, you will feel much more relaxed. Everybody has different pain tolerances, and we completely understand if you are unable to withstand the pressure this massager uses. We have had other customers have success with these tricks and tips listed below.  If you are still wanting to return the massager after trying these out let us know and we will send the instructions to do so. 

  1. Wear thick socks while using the machine or lay a towel down

This will help soften the pressure on your feet so the discomfort is tolerable.

  1. Use the massager in shorter sessions 

Sometimes it takes a few shorter sessions for your feet to loosen up enough to handle longer sessions, it can be somewhat painful at first if you really need the tension released.

  1. Ask your doctor if the Shiatsu Foot Massager is right for you

Some of our customers with health issues are unable to use the massager, so if you have a pace maker or any other health issues that could cause problems with your feet or legs, we would recommend talking with a doctor first. 

My order has still not arrived, how long does it take?

We advertise 2-7 business day shipping, this is something that we are proud to offer, but unfortunately once it leaves our warehouse it’s up to the shipping carrier to make sure the item arrives on time. Please note that it does take 24-48 hours to process updates on tracking information, check back on the tracking in a day or two and if it still has not updated please let our customer service team know.

My package arrived damaged, what do I do?

Inspect the entire order and verify everything that is missing or damaged. Please keep all packaging and order information and contact our customer support team for further instruction. 

The Foot Massager Remote isn’t working, how do I fix it?

If the remote control for the Foot Massager is not working please contact our customer support team and they will send a replacement out.
